Food Journal Day 2

4am - 8 oz water

Breakfast
7:30am - 2 eggs
   1/2 cup chorizo
16 oz coffee (black)
24 oz water


11:15am - 4oz greek non-fat yogurt
24 oz water


12-1pm  FITNESS - HPF Yoga
24 oz water

1:30 pm - Chicken Ceasar Salad
24 oz water

6-7pm - 24 oz water

8-midnight - 20oz of wine

11pm 1/2 bag microwave popcorn
