Challenge Day 7 - Making a few changes



I have made some changes to my schedule for this week and next week.  I have crossed out classes I wasn't able to attend or am no longer signed up for and noted classes I am now signed up for with an *

So tonight I had Gentle Yoga and Pole Fitness.
Gentle Yoga once again ended up being a Hot Power Fusion, but I did well.  I fell out of my balancing poses a bit, and that made me giggle out loud, but I pushed through and it was great!
Then I went to pole fitness, learned a new routine and played around and climbing the pole and some freelance moves.  I can NOT climb the pole any more than I could do pull ups in high schoool, not much has changed there, but it was fun anyway!

 

My Measurements this week:


Chest: same
Waist: same
Thigh: same
Bicep: same


I have found that as I continue my fitness plan, my eating habits are naturally becoming better.  I am choosing healthier foods and minimizing my portions because I just am not that hungry and for no other reason.
I eat when I am hungry and I don't when I am not : )
